Important News
JOINT SEMINAR:
During our annual meeting, it was voted to approve the SRA/STA Joint Seminar to take place in Myrtle Beach, SC. It will occur April 4-8, 2027. Once final arrangements are made the information will be distributed to Recorders. The plan is to have the same timeline and agenda as in 2026. This means the SRA will register on April 4, have their individual seminar on April 5 as well as the STA will register on April 5, April 6 will be the joint seminar, and the STA will have their individual seminar on April 7. The Lady's program will be April 6. As always, things can change, so please visit this website and our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information. If there is specific information you would like to have distributed during this seminar that you believe would be beneficial to all Recorders, please contact any SRA officer and they will work to get it added to the agenda.
SRA DUES INFORMATION:
At the annual meeting, a bylaw passed making our fiscal year January 1-December 31. This means that the December prior to the beginning of the fiscal year, dues notifications will be emailed to all Recorders. The email on file will be used to send the dues notifications. Please pay these in a timely manner. If you will be leaving office, please ensure the Recorder taking over has the dues notification if it has not been paid prior to his installation.
