Important News
ANNUAL MEETING UPDATES:
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the annual meeting held in Tampa, FL, on July 12, 2026. The attendance was great, the breakfast was delicious, but most importantly the fellowship was superb. Updates to our bylaws were passed and will be posted on this website once approved by Shriners International. Any Recorder whose Temple is in good standing can request the minutes from this meeting by email the Secretary/Treasurer Casey Flinn and they will be sent electronically.
JOINT SEMINAR:
During our annual meeting, it was voted to approve the SRA/STA Joint Seminar to take place in Myrtle Beach, SC. It will occur April 4-8, 2027. Once final arrangements are made the information will be distributed to Recorders. The plan is to have the same timeline and agenda as in 2026. This means the SRA will register on April 4, have their individual seminar on April 5 as well as the STA will register on April 5, April 6 will be the joint seminar, and the STA will have their individual seminar on April 7. The Lady's program will be April 6. As always, things can change, so please visit this website and our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information. If there is specific information you would like to have distributed during this seminar that you believe would be beneficial to all Recorders, please contact any SRA officer and they will work to get it added to the agenda.
